Refund Policy

We want you to love your Nuvelle hair removal kit. This policy explains when you can return an item, how to request a refund, and what to expect. All prices and refunds are handled in U.S. dollars (USD).

1. Return window

a) Change of mind. You may return an item within 30 days of delivery. It must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging, with any seals intact.

b) Defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us at [ADD SUPPORT EMAIL] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Reporting inside this window lets us fix it at no cost to you.

2. Condition requirements

Unopened and unused, with any seals intact.
Complete: every item in the kit (hair removal mousse, aloe vera gel and scraper).
In the original packaging.
Free of damage caused after delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for change of mind. We may decline a return or reduce a refund if an item comes back outside these conditions.

3. How to start a return

Email [ADD SUPPORT EMAIL] within the window above.
Include your order number, the item(s), and the reason. For damaged or defective items, attach photos.
Wait for our reply. We will confirm the return and send you the correct return address.
Ship the item back using the method we provide. Please do not send anything before receiving confirmation, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will email you the outcome and issue the refund if approved.

4. Who pays return shipping

Return for refund (change of mind): the customer covers return shipping.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Nuvelle covers the return shipping, with a prepaid label or a refund of the cost.

5. Refund timing and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you prefer, you may ask for store credit instead.

6. Items that cannot be refunded

Opened or used personal care products, unless they arrived defective or damaged.
Gift cards.
Items marked clearance or final sale.

7. Late or missing refunds

If an approved refund has not arrived after 10 business days, check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact [ADD SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will look into it.
